September 11

What September 11 means to me is to respect and remember the lives that were lost on that day. I was only 3 years old but I can remember seeing it on tv but I had no idea what it really was. I hope another one of these never happens again.

Welcome Back

Welcome back to my third year in Web 2.0! Right now I am playing soccer for the high school JV team. My teacher is Mr. Porfido and has been for all three years. Google maps puts apple maps to shame                                                                They did this by getting the google maps app in the App Store. The new app quickly got up to the top of the free aps list and defeated apple maps. Many just wanted something better than apple maps. Apple maps had bad navigation and terrible 3D graphics. Some were so bad that it made the world wide monuments look weird. Also there was broken roads and a satellite system that worked but you could only see the clouds. The good news is that google maps is amazing. The only flaw is about direction accuracy but everything else is spot on. Google maps has years of expierience and apple maps just came out. The worst part of apple maps is that the accuracy is terrible. It actually stranded a couple people in a dangerous area with no water. Overall I would go with google maps on this one.

1. Why did you select the sites you subscribed to?
2. Was it easy to find feeds and to subscribe to them?
3. Which sites were your favorites?
4. What else can you use RSS feeds for?
5. How likely are you to continue to use RSS feeds in the future?

1. I selected these sites because they seemed to be the most popular websites I knew about.
2. For most of them it was easy to find the RSS Feeds but for some of the sites it was really hard to find them.
3. The sites that were my favorites were my hobby sites as in the NBA sites.
4. Using RSS Feeds for sites you can use  them to give you summaries of the articles.
5. I probably won't be using RSS Feeds as often as I am now.

                  This tablet will come out in January. this tablet is amazingly overpriced at $899 dollars. This tablet does function with Windows 8. Ther is not much information about the tablet but it looks pretty cool.For more info click this.click this.

                    Astronauts Can Survive Mars Radiation

           The Mars Rover Curiosity has found that the radiation on Mars is similar to the Earth's low orbit. We all hope that one day that humans can put boots on martian soil. Now we know that astronauts can survive in this type of environment. The radiation is about half as high as the Curiosity Rover experienced in its training. For more information click this.click this.
